(the International Cetacean Education Research Centres) is a worthy organisation dedicated to the protection of our marine friends, the dolphins and whales. Each year, in a different country, they hold an international conference to further their activities. In 1994 the conference was held in Japan, and Morgan was invited to perform there. Unfortunately, due to prior commitments, he could not appear. However, he was able to contribute one track, "Dolphins and Whales - Will They Survive?" (a remix of "Humtone #3" from "Recharge") to a cassette album produced to commemorate the event.
